Here, in a nutshell, is probably the best legal advice you can buy outside an attorney's office!
I went right to the chapters on patents, copyrights, and trademarks. (That trademarks chapter is probably the best I have ever read on the subject!)
Also great material on commercial leases and licensing, as well as an Appendix of STANDARD LEGAL FORMS that you can use or adapt to your situation.
Highly recommended as some of the best-value legal advice that you can buy!() I never received the book in question. I checked the mail and it said that it was delivered on September 20th, I'm still looking for the book! Either the book was not sent, or it was sent to the wrong address. I received all of my other items in that order.
I did check that the reseller did not have a great record, only 3 stars, with some of the comments addressing similar problems. I did not follow up with the reseller because the order was under 10 dollars, still money, but my time is worth more. I will never purchase another book from this reseller.
